  • 1 coriader leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make fish in coconut gravy in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Clean fish, make lines on fish.marinate with little salt, a half lemon and 1 table spoon oil.grill the fish on coal griller till well done.
  • Step 2
  • On a pan add coconut milk and ol other ingredients except coriander.cook on low heat stirring continuously till thick.put off flame and keep on strring till cooled.
  • Step 3
  • Heat a flat pan, but jst low heat.put quarter of the gravy on top keep the fish.add another quarter of gravy ontop of fish.turn the fish the other side.keep on adding gravy n turning fish on both sides till u finish the gravy.
  • Step 4
  • Put fish on serving plate garnish with coriader and slices of lemon
