  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 large onion chopped finely
  • 2 pieces bay leaves
  • 1 half inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 pieces cardamom
  • 5-6 cloves
  • 7-8 peppercorns
  • to taste salt

How to Make Fish in creamy yoghurt sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Fish in creamy yoghurt sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash the fish pieces and keep in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Prepare the marinade by mixing the yoghurt, onion paste, Ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric and chilli powder in a bowl. Mix properly. Add salt to taste.

  • Gently mix the fish with the sauce or gravy. Make sure to do this carefully to avoid breaking the fish.
  • Step 9
  • Let it simmer for at least 10 mind or until the fish is cooked.
