  • 12 each curry leaf
  • 2 clove garlic-sliced
  • 2 clove shallot-sliced
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp hot & sour chili dips
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 3 cup tamarind juice
