  • 4 Nori seaweed (cut in half)
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Sushi vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Olive oil

    Step 1
  • Mix the rice with the sushi vinegar.
  • Step 2
  • Season the egg with sugar and salt. Heat olive oil in the frying pan and make roughly scrambled eggs.
