  • pinch salt
  • cucumber Pico de gallo
  • 1 tomatoe ,diced
  • 1 cucumber ,chopped
  • 1 1/2 jalapeƱos,chopped
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt &pepper
  • 1 queso fresco
  • 1 cilantro (optional)
