  • 3 tsp olive oil

  • 10 roma toma slices (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves torn in pieces
  • 1 small handful of thinly sliced onions(if desired)
  • 1 dash salt and pepper to taste

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Flatbread Veggie Pizzas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to a low broil or 500 º.
  • Step 2
  • Spread olive oil and granulated garlic on pita bread surface.
  • Step 3
  • Top with spinach leaves, olives, onions and then tomato slices.

  • Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
  • Top with cheese and drizzle pizzas with a small bit of olive oil.
