  • 1 package of 8 Mission Brand Carb Control Tortillas
  • 1 28 ounce can Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 1/2 cup 2% Chedder Cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Flora's Low Carb Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a skillet brown your chicken and green pepper and onion together
  • Step 2
  • When meat is cooked, add in spices and a little bit of the enchilada sauce to moisten and bring it all together.
  • Step 3
  • Scoop into the tortillas and roll to close. Lay in a pan, seam side down
  • Step 4
  • Pour the remaining sauce on top, then add cheese
  • Step 5
  • I topped mine with Jalepenos then put into a 350°F oven until it was hot and bubbily.
  • Step 6
  • Enjoy! I loaded mine down with avocado, cilantro, and non fat greek yogurt.
