    Step 1
  • In a pan fry your 3 patties with whichever seasonings you like. I prefer just whorchester sauce and salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
  • While burgers are frying, slice your sweet tater on a mandolin very thinly. Layer on a greased pan in a single layer, then spray the tops with the oil. Bake at 230 for about 40 minutes or until they start crisping, note: they may be a little soft when first pulled out of the oven, but they crisp as they cool.
  • Step 3
  • When burgers are done, place cheese on top and melt. Place the burger in a tortilla and top with your fave toppings.
  • Step 4
  • Sprinkle season salt on the chips, then serve with your burgers.
