  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 dash of salt
  • 1 Paprika

  • Boil eggs in salted water
  • Step 2
  • Allow eggs to cool and peel them, I place them back in the container
  • Step 3
  • Cut eggs Lengthwise

  • Pop the yolk out of the egg onto a plate.

  • Mash the yolks up as fine as you can to avoid lumps.
  • Step 6
  • Add egg mixture to a mixing bowl with the mayo and mustard. *if you find the consistancy not to be creamy enough you can add more mayo, or if you think its too tangy for your tastes* mix together. I always taste test at this point to make sure doesn't need more mustard or mayo.
  • Step 7
  • Spoon into your eggs
  • Step 8
  • Sprinkle with paprika *optional*
  • Step 9
  • **Get creative...you can add loads of toppings. Onions, pickles, relish, olives. I have a friend make them with bacon, onion, and tomato. But I always prefer plain.
