  • 4 oz shrimp, med chopped
  • 4 tbsp italian breadcrumbs
  • 6 oz crab lump meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 4 Flounders
  • 1 salmon, med flank
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp paprika

  • Add crabmeat, mayo and breadcrumbs. Stir, Roll or scoop mixture on to flounder or salmon. Place on 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with paprika and lemon juice. Bake! 20-25min
