    Step 1
  • Sprinkle powdered gelatin into 2 tablespoons water to soak for about 5 minutes (it'll be microwaved later, so use a microwave safe container.)
  • Step 2
  • Cut the pineapple into fourths as shown in the photo.
  • Step 3
  • This time I used an 18 cm ring mold. Line the pineapple cut in Step 2.
  • Step 4

  • Step 8
  • Pour all of the mixed ingredients from Step 7 into the mold from Step 3. Then just stick it in the fridge to chill and solidify.
  • Step 9
  • After it has solidified, remove from the mold, and it is done .
