  • 20 grams Melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Rum

    Step 1
  • Line a pound cake mold with parchment paper. Combine the ☆ ingredients and sift them. Preheat the oven to 170℃. No need to drain the tofu.

  • Bake it in the oven for 40 minutes. When you poke it with a toothpick and nothing sticks to it, remove the cake from the mold. Cool it on a rack.
