  • 35 grams Sugar (soft light brown sugar if available)
  • 40 grams Cake flour
  • 20 grams Almond flour

    Step 1
  • I used the kuromame from. You can use store bought ones too.
  • Step 2
  • Preparation: Let the egg reach room temperature, and melt the butter in the microwave. Sift the flour and set it aside. Preheat your oven to 335℉ (170℃).

  • Add in the melted butter.
  • Step 6
  • Fill the ramekins about 1/3 full of batter. Scatter the beans on top. If you are using toppings, then leave a little more space.
  • Step 7
  • Top off the ramekins with the rest of the batter. You can top with more beans if you would like.
  • Step 8
  • Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 170°C (335°F) and they are done. Since the power of each oven varies, bake them for 20 minutes and then keep and eye on them until they are done.
