    Step 1
  • Separate the egg yolk and egg white. Preheat the oven to 190℃.
  • Step 2
  • Combine the egg yolk and sugar in a bowl. Mix with a whisk. Scoop 1 tablespoon of milk from the listed amount and add into the bowl. Mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Add the cake flour and mix well. Mix in the rest of the milk, and add a few drops of vanilla extract.

  • Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 10 minutes at 180℃.
