    Step 1
  • Take the tea leaves out of the sachet and put them in a heat-resistant bowl. Add milk, and microwave for 15-20 seconds at 500W, then stir.
  • Step 2
  • Bring the margarine to room temperature in advance. Sift the ☆ ingredients together. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Put the margarine in a separate bowl and whip until creamy.
  • Step 4
  • Add the sugar and mix well. Add the beaten egg and mix until smooth.

  • Step 6
  • Add the sifted ☆ ingredients, and mix until the mixture is no longer floury.
  • Step 7
  • Spoon the batter into baking cups. Fill each cup up to 70-80%. (The batter should be runny enough to pour into the cups.)
  • Step 8
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 20 minutes. Poke with a bamboo skewer to check, and they're done if it comes out clean!
