  • 1 tbsp ● Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ● Mirin

  • Mix the ● ingredients together. I used large raw oysters but you can also use cooking oysters.

  • Make two boat shaped cups out of the aluminium foil.

  • Wash the shucked oysters well. Drop them quickly in boiling water with small amount of sake added (about 10 seconds). Take them out immediately and dry well with paper towels.
  • Step 4
  • Place the oysters in the foil boats and pour the combined ● ingredients over them. Bake in a toaster oven until golden brown for about 12-15 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Optionally top with somee chopped green onion and/or serve with lemon. ※You can also cook the oysters with your favorite vegetable - delicious.
