  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Butter or Olive oil
  • 1 tsp x 3 Sake
  • 1 pinch of each Salt, pepper
  • 1 Ponzu

  • Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Cut the stem of the mushroom cluster and shred. Slice the green pepper into rounds. Thinly slice the onion.
