  • 2 pieces Salmon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 4 sugar snap peas
  • 1 tsp sake or white wine for each piece salmon
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice for each piece salmon

How to Make Foil Grilled Salmon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Foil Grilled Salmon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Prepare 2 pieces of aluminium foil large enough to wrap the each salmon piece. Slice the onion into about 1cm rounds and put two of them on each piece foil.
  • Step 2
  • Put a piece of salmon on the onions. Pour in a tsp sake or white wine.
  • Step 3
  • Then put chopped mushrooms and sweet snap on the fish.
  • Step 4
  • Add a tsp of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
  • Wrap the foil around the fish to avoid water coming in when cooking.
  • Step 6
  • Pour water into a pan about 2 cm deep and then put in the wrapped salmon. With the lid on, boil/steam for about 15 min on a medium heat.
