  • 300 grams Mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1000 grams ( or more than 1000 ) Icing Sugar
  • 10 ml Food coloring of your choice

How to Make Fondant

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Fondant in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix marshmallow with water.
  • Step 2
  • Melt until completely dissolved.
  • Step 3
  • Add food coloring.
  • Step 4
  • Fold in icing sugar.
  • Step 5
  • Sprinkle icing on your work surface.
  • Step 6
  • Knead the fondant and add more icing sugar until 1000 grams.
  • Step 7
  • Roll out fondant and use the cookie/fondant cutter to cut into shapes.
  • Step 8
  • If you wanna store it , Wrap with plastic wrap 3 times and store for 2 weeks in the fridge.
