  • 1 can Canned tuna

  • 1 dash ★ White sesame seeds

  • Wash the broccoli and put in a plastic bag. Put the bag in a microwave without closing it up, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes at 600 W.

  • I used canned tuna with corn for this one.
