  • 1 tbsp *Mayonnaise (half-calorie)
  • 1 *Dried parsley
  • 2 stick Imitation crab sticks
  • 2 slice Ham
  • 2 slice Sliced cheese
  • 1 Vegetable oil

  • Mix the eggs and * ingredients together.

  • After it has cooled, cut off both ends, and slice it.
