  • 2 can beef broth
  • 6 oz sherry cooking wine
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 provolone, swiss, pepper jack. whatever type of cheese
  • 1 fresh baked rolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make French dip sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Set slow cooker at low. Timer at 8 hours. Pour ingredients into slow cooker and put meat inside. Put lid on and let it cook to tender .
  • Step 2
  • Shred in slow cooker when done and let sit till ready to use.

  • I like my rolls to start out crispy. Spray cooking oil on them and place on stove burner. Low heat turning often not to burn. And inside.
