  • Whip the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
  • Step 2
  • Add granulated sugar in 2~3 batches and whip until shiny.
  • Step 3
  • Set a round tip and place the batter into pastry bag. Pipe the meringue into your favorite shapes.
  • Step 4
  • I used 2 baking sheets.
  • Step 5
  • Bake in 210F/100℃ oven for about 60 minutes (if you add time, continue at 210F/100℃ for another 20 minutes.)
  • Step 6
