  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 loaf Bread (1 lb)
  • Topping
  • 1 stick Butter (Softened)
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

How to Make French Toast Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make French Toast Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Tear bread into pieces and place into a greased or sprayed 9x13 pan.
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 3
  • Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl an add all remaining CASSEROLE ingredients.
  • Step 4
  • Pour mix over bread. You may need to press and/or mix bread to ensure it is all soaked.
  • Step 5
  • Place into oven and set timer for 45 min.
  • Step 6
  • Place all TOPPING ingredients into a mixing bowl and press with a fork or pastry blender until a crumbly mix.
  • Step 7
  • After baking for 20 or 25 minutes, remove casserole and sprinkle on topping evenly.
  • Step 8
  • Place back in oven for remainder of the 45 min.
