  • 8-10 breakfast sausage
  • 8-10 slice white or wheat bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1/4 t ground cinnamon
  • 1 splash vanilla
  • butter for greasing the pan
  • maple syrup

    Step 1
  • Cook sausage
  • Step 2
  • Trim crust from bread and flatten
  • Step 3
  • In bowl whisk eggs , milk, cinnamon and vanilla
  • Step 4
  • Roll each sausage in bread and trim to fit
  • Step 5
  • Heat pan over medium heat add butter
  • Step 6
  • Dunk each roll into egg mix, coat evenly, let excess drip off and place in pan
  • Step 7
  • When bottom is browned turn with tongs and brown on all sides
  • Step 8
  • Serve with maple syrup for dunking
