  • 1 tsp Rum
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Maple essence or vanilla extract
  • Other:
  • 10 grams Butter

How to Make French Toast with Banana Soymilk

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make French Toast with Banana Soymilk in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Whisk the egg into a bowl, add the sweetener, soy milk and a little of the maple essence, and mix thoroughly.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the bread slices into 2 to 4 pieces, and soak in the solution made during Step 1. Butter a heated pan and cook the bread on both sides.
  • Step 3
  • Slice the banana, put the slices in a heatproof container and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add in the rest of ingredients and microwave for 1.5 minutes without covering.
