  • cookies
  • 1 box french vanilla cake mix
  • 1 thawed Cool Whip topping (8 oz)
  • 1 each eggs
  • 1 packages butterscotch chips
  • tsp sugar. enough to coat cookies
  • 1 ungreased cookie sheets (line with foil or parchment paper to prevent sticking)
  • 1 wire racks. for cooling

  • Set oven to 350
  • Step 2
  • Mix egg, cake mix, cool whip in bowl. Mix will be sticky. A spatula works best as you have to fold the batter. Stirring doesnt work.
