  • 3 eggs
  • 5 green onion, minced
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 zest and juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup red onions, fine diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, fine dice
  • 1 panko to bind

  • Sweat onions and bell pepper until soft
  • Step 2
