  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 4 tsp butter

How to Make Fresh Mushroom Omelets

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Fresh Mushroom Omelets in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • cook mushrooms. onions and basil in 2 tbl butter
  • Step 2
  • When tender, remove from heat and cover to keep warm
  • Step 3
  • For sauce: melt remaining 1 tbl butter, stir in flower, 1/8 tsp salt and cayenne.
  • Step 4
  • Add milk all at once, cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted and keep warm
