  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
  • 2 medium-large tomatoes, chopped
  • tsp salt

    Step 1
  • Heat water, pour over rice in a heat proof bowl, and let rest for 20 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil and garlic in a pan.

  • Pour in broth and bring to a simmer, cover and reduce heat.
