  • 1 bunch dried anchovies
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp soya sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 stick spring onions (chopped)

    Step 1
  • Fry anchovies in a small pan until crispy. Leave them aside.
  • Step 2
  • In a bigger pot, add oil and garlic fry until fragrant.

  • Add soya sauce or salt to taste.
  • Step 5
  • Add spring onions and anchovies in and stir fry for another min.
