  • 150 grams Beef offal (raw)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic (grated)
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 50 ml Water

How to Make Fried Beef Offal

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Fried Beef Offal in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • If possible, use raw offal. It's a little expensive but the taste is completely different from boiled!
  • Step 2
  • Wash the offal and strain in a colander.
  • Step 3
  • Cut the onion into 1 cm slices. Grate 1/2 a garlic clove.
  • Step 4
  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Once warmed, add the sesame oil and cook the offal.
  • Step 5
  • After 1 minute, add the gochujang and continue cooking until fragrant.
  • Step 6
  • Add the onion, sugar, oyster sauce, and garlic, and cook quickly.
  • Step 7
  • Add the water and stir well to blend everything together. Let the liquid thicken and then season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Step 8
  • Arrange on a dish and sprinkle with pepper to finish.
  • Step 9
  • Since this is part of the "Hoppy Street" menu, I accompanied it with "Hoppy" (black) beer!
