  • *Sauce
  • 1 1/2-2 tbsp *soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp *sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp *mirin
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying
  • Crushed chili pepper (or shichimi spice powder)
