  • 1 half head of red cabbage
  • 2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 green, red and yellow bell pepper

  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

How to Make Fried Cabbage

    Step 1
  • Chop cabbage, onion and bell peppers
  • Step 2
  • Place butter (you can use olive oil) in skillet till hot
  • Step 3
  • add onions, bell peppers in pan cooking for about a miniute
  • Step 4
  • Add garlic, butter, cabbage, salt, pepper and cayenne
  • Step 5
  • toss to coat, let cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Step 6
  • Add Carrots and cook for another 2 minutes
