  • 1 cabbage
  • 6 slice of bacon
  • 1 sausage link
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

How to Make fried cabbage.

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make fried cabbage. in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • chop up onion and put aside.
  • Step 2
  • chop up cabbage, throw out core. set cabbage aside.
  • Step 3
  • cut up one sausage link (any kind of sausage you prefer is fine. then set that aside.
  • Step 4
  • cook bacon until crisp. discard bacon saute the onions in the bacon grease along with the diced up sausage. cook about seven minutes.
  • Step 5
  • add cabbage to pan with grease, onions, and sausage. melt the butter and pour over top of cabbage.
  • Step 6
  • let cabbage get down to half its size. cover with a lid let cook down for twenty minutes. stir occasionally while cooking. then your done. enjoy!!!
