  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 grams breadcrums
  • 4 slice ham(optional)
  • 1 can tartare sauce
  • 1 chips
  • 1 cup milk

How to Make fried cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make fried cheese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat fry. pan with olive oil on really hot.
  • Step 2
  • soak slices of eidam cheese into milk than egg and as last throw it into breadcrums.
  • Step 3
  • than put eidam slices on preheated pan and fry it quickly only for an about 1 min each side.
  • Step 4
  • eat it hot and serve with chips and tartar sauce.
