  • 2 Cups Plain Flour
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ground Chilli
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Dried Sage Leaves

How to Make Fried Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Fried Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put all dried ingredients into a bowl and mix together
  • Step 2
  • In a separate bowl, add the buttermilk and egg, and whisk together
  • Step 3
  • Coat the chicken breast in the flour mixture
  • Step 4
  • Then, dip the chicken breast in the egg and milk mixture, and back in the flour (do this until the chicken is completely coated)
  • Step 5
  • Repeat this sequence with all pieces of chicken
  • Step 6
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan till hot enough to fry.
  • Step 7
  • Emerse the chicken pieces in the vegetable oil till the flour mixture is crispy.
  • Step 8
