  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp garlic power
  • 2 tbsp accent
  • 1 cooking oil.. or lard
  • 3 lb chicken tenders or individual pieces

How to Make Fried chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Fried chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • mix Egg and buttermilk in large bowl and soak the pieces of chicken
  • Step 2
  • mix flour and herbs in a separate bowl.
  • Step 3
  • put chicken in flour
  • Step 4
  • completely cover chicken by rolling out in the flour.
  • Step 5
  • heat up oil or lard in pan.. or deep fryer
  • Step 6
  • fry chicken for 8 -10 min or until brown.. id using frying pan make sure to cook chicken evenly on both sides...
