  • Combine flours and sugar and mix in egg.

  • Place a tablespoon of batter on the griddle. Repeat with remaining batter. Do not let sides touch.
  • Step 6
  • Brown on each side - cook just like you would a pancake.
  • Step 7
  • Remove and serve immediately.
  • Step 8
  • I eat it with just butter, my daughter likes it with cinnamon butter and syrup & my fella likes making mini sandwiches out of them and puts eggs & bacon on his. Enjoy - psychobetty- XOXO
