  • 1/2 piece chayote squash (100 g)
  • 100 gr pumpkin
  • 3 red peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

    Step 1
  • Peel the skin of chayote and pumpkin and cut into cubes. Boiled briefly, drain. Combine the flour, coriander and ginger in the dish.
