  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

    Step 1
  • Remove shells and claws, fins as well as deadmen.

  • Step 10
  • Add to the onions the mustard from the crabs, mix together
  • Step 11
  • Add the flour and let it brown, make a rue by adding water creating a gravy. Season to taste
  • Step 12
  • Place all of the crabs in the gravy and let simmer for one hour.
