  • 1 block Firm tofu
  • 1/2 ★Onion, large (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ★Sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ◎Oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ◎Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Green onion leaves (finely chopped)

How to Make Fried Ketchup Tofu in 10 minutes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Fried Ketchup Tofu in 10 minutes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain the tofu to your liking. (This time I had some leftover water from boiling beans, so I soaked it in that for about 5 minutes and then dried it off).
  • Step 2
  • Put the ★ ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat, moving the onions to the side of the pan once they've become transparent. Add the tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces, and lightly brown each side.
  • Step 3
  • Once the tofu appears dry, add the ◎ ingredients and gently mix everything, taking care not to break up the tofu.
  • Step 4
  • Once the soy sauce begins to scorch along the sides of the pan, flip everything over. As a finishing touch, sprinkle on some scallions and you're done.
