  • 4 tbsp ☆ Water
  • 1/2 tbsp ☆ Soup stock granules
  • 1 as much (to taste) Coarsely ground black pepper

  • De-bone the fish and cut into edible pieces. Season with sake, salt, and pepper. Let rest.
