  • 4 kashmiri Chillies
  • 2 chillies whole (hot)
  • piece of ginger
  • 7 to 8 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cinnamon stick (small piece)
  • 1 a few cloves
  • 1 vinegar for grinding the above ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour for coating the prawns before frying
  • 1 oil for frying ( shallow frying)
  • 10 large prawns ..back slit for deveining
  • 1 salt as per taste
