  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 deseeded red chili pepper(optional )
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • seasoning
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 small eggs
  • GARNISH
  • 1 tbsp scallion /spring onion
  • 3 tbsp fresh grated carrot

  • bring a pot of water to a boil then add ramen noodle and simmer for 2 minute then drain and set aside

  • add cooked ramen then add eggs and seasoning and let eggs set FIRST then fold over gently and let eggs set again
