Ingredients: Fried Rice with Sushi

  • Sushi (whatever sushi you like or have) (as much as you like)
  • 1 Tbsp~ vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp~ sesame oil
  • 1 tsp~ gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 Tbsp~ soy sauce
  • Chopped Japanese leek for topping (optional)
  • Salt & pepper

How to Make Fried Rice with Sushi

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Fried Rice with Sushi in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium~high heat.
  • Step 2
  • Add all sushi and stir fry by crushing the sushi and mixing with a rubber spatula.
  • Step 3
  • Add gochujang and sesame oil and keep stir frying well until the rice is dry and fluffy.
  • Step 4
  • To finish it off, pour soy sauce from the edge of the pan to inside of it. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the chopped Japanese leek (optional)
