Ingredients: Fried rice

  • 2 cups rice (pre cooked night before)
  • 1 rasher bacon diced
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp abc kecap manis sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp tin champignon sliced
  • 1 brown onion
  • cracked black pepper
  • 1-2 tsp chicken booster
  • handful bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp garlic paste

How to Make Fried rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Fried rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add olive oil to a wok let it heat up properly.
  • Step 2
  • Add garlic and 1/2 of the sliced onion. (Don't fully cook onion before adding the bacon). Add bacon and stir fry for a few minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Move bacon, onion and garlic to one side of the wok and add the lightly beaten eggs. Season egg with salt and pepper. Scramble the egg and when its almost cooked mix with the bacon, onion and garlic.
  • Step 4
  • Add the rice either from refrigerated temp or room temp only. Stir fry for a minute or two.
  • Step 5
  • Wash the brine off the mushrooms and add to the wok.
  • Step 6
  • Stir in the sesame oil, kecap sauce and chicken booster.
  • Step 7
  • Add and stir in the other half of the onion seasoned with cracked pepper and the handful of bean sprouts. Turn off the heat and cover for a few minutes...and your done!!
