Ingredients: Fried Soy Milk (Vegetarian)

  • 1 liter soy milk
  • 4 beated eggs
  • 60 grams cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sirup
  • 1 lemon and orange zest
  • 1 tbsp butter/ margarine for grease the pan
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Frying
  • 1 Flour,beated egg and oil

How to Make Fried Soy Milk (Vegetarian)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Fried Soy Milk (Vegetarian) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix in a bowl 250 ml of cold soy milk with the cornstarch,sirup and egg yolks. Beat until get a fine cream.Put apart.
  • Step 2
  • In a pot, boil the remaining milk with sugar, zest and canela stick.
  • Step 3
  • Let it boil, pour the previoua mixture through a strainer and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the mixture on a 5 cm high pan, previously greased with the margarine/ butter and let cool on the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Then, cut the mix en small squares carefully, batter in the egg and then in flour.Fry the squares in hot oil until gold. Enjoy!!!
