  • BATTER:
  • 125 gr flour low protein/moderate
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sago flour/cornstarch
  • 1 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper ground
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 ml ice water
  • COATING (mix together):
  • 50 gr flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
