  • 1 spaghetti
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 hot dogs
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 packages grated mozzarella cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Fritata in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • cook a good handful of spaghetti
  • Step 2
  • while cooking spaghetti, cook the hot dogs
  • Step 3
  • crack eggs in a big mixing bowl and beat
  • Step 4
  • add about 6-7 shakes of parsley (the one in a spice container)
  • Step 5
  • add the spaghetti with the egg and mix
  • Step 6
  • add the standard bag of grated mozzarella cheese and mix
  • Step 7
  • add the cooked hot dogs cut up or the meat of your choice, cooked and mix
  • Step 8
  • have your frying pan (slightly bigger than a plate with a flat bottom) on medium heat, with some olive oil to cover the pan, out
  • Step 9
  • put the contents of the bowl in the frying pan and even it out with a fork
  • Step 10
  • cook both sides for around 8 minutes each side. to flip the fritata, put a plate on top of it and flip it onto the plate, then slide the uncooked side back on the frying pan
  • Step 11
  • sprinkle some parmesan on it. let it cool a bit. then cut out a piece and enjoy. dip it in ketchup. it tastes much better
